FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
Sneak previews are delivered within 1-5 days (4-7 during busy season). Turnaround time for sessions and weddings vary. Sessions have turnaround time up to 30 days (45 during busy season). Weddings have turnaround up to 90 days (120 during busy season).
Do you travel for sessions & weddings?
We love to travel! Sessions have travel included up to 30 minutes from Stevens Point. A fee for travel outside of this range may apply.
Weddings have travel included for most of Wisconsin, but some may require a small travel fee. Please inquire for exact costs and a quote with travel.
Do you have recommended vendors for weddings?
For sure! We love working with the BEST vendors. After photographing over 10 years of weddings, we have the best and most preferred vendors for all over the state of Wisconsin. We are more than happy to share this with you!
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Submit our contact form, or connect with us on social media, to chat about what you are envisioning! We love new ideas, and just because you don't see what you are thinking, feel free to send your thoughts our way, and we will see if we can make your dreams come to life!
2. Sign Contract & pay Retainer
Once you have a session or wedding booked, you will sign a contract agreeing to our services. A non-refundable retainer is required for booking (details apply) and you will officially be in our books.
3. The Day
Yay, session/wedding day is here! We will be your best friend, biggest hype women, and here for all the moments, laughs and happy tears! We are here for you, so let us capture your day is all its natural glory.
4. Photos & Prints
Now you wait! Sneak previews are delivered within the first 7 days of your sessions via the socials/email. After, there is a slight wait, up to 30/45/90/120 days (depends on session), and your session/wedding will be arriving via an online gallery link to your email. Print release is accessible in your gallery, or you can order prints right through your gallery link as well!
